Paringdon Sports Club Harlow is a unique venue offering a multitude of sporting, fitness and social activities. The site was formerly the staff leisure and sports ground for GlaxoSmithKline. It provides members with the capabilities to improve their health and fitness, learn new sporting activities, participate in team sports and social events, but most importantly offer relaxed and intimate surroundings in which to do so.

Our facilities are vast and cover a variety of sporting activities and there is a membership option to suit everyone. There is a range of outdoor sports facilities, accommodating several football pitches, tennis courts, netball court and all-weather playing area. There is a substantial clubhouse building offering indoor sports facilities, with a large sports hall (offering itself to badminton, fitness classes, salsa classes and much more), well-equipped gymnasium, 4 squash courts (also offering a League based format), class/dance studio, snooker room and changing facilities with Sauna. The clubhouse also offers areas for relaxation with 2 bar areas, The Sports Bar and Lounge Bar (members only) incorporate pool tables, darts and Sky Sports as well as offering food/bar snacks. These bars will be open 7 days a week allowing members to come and unwind and meet with friends.

There is a fantastic social element to this club offering members a variety of social events from Race Nights, Casino Nights, Family Summer Fun Days and much more. Paringdon Sports Club Harlow has a great deal to offer our members and is truly a superb club catering for all your sports and social needs.

The grounds are immense with ample parking for over 100 cars and a large outside children’s play area. Paringdon Sports Club Harlow lies within an open area of green space (17.63 acres) located between Milwards and Sycamore Fields immediately to the south of Southern Way (A1169). The M11 (2.5miles), M25 (8miles) and A10 are all in close proximity.
